The Garden Egg chair was designed by Peter Ghyczy in 1968. It was originally manufactured by Reuter Products. The chair was designed for both indoor/outdoor use and has become a real design icon of the mid 20th Century!
The back of this innovative indoor/outdoor chair can be folded down when not in use to form an egg shape sculpture that looks great whether it be within the home or the garden.
The chair suitable for indoor an outdoor use, although it is recommended that the cushions are removed when the chair is left outside for long periods or heavy rain.
The chair is made from re-enforced fibreglass shell and a padded internal upholstery wool seat pad.
